COURT ORDER
TESTING
Court admissible drug testing requires laboratory confirmation for all non-negative results. ETDT’s protocol recommends all laboratory positive results be forwarded to a Medical Review Officer, provided by ETDT, to confirm any prescription usage by the donor that may interfere with test results.
ETDT provides non-biased testing thru our working relationship with attorneys and Judges in Angelina and surrounding counties. Our clinic can provide testing for criminal, civil, family & probate cases; Including divorce, custody and probation cases. We’re happy to accommodate orders directly from the Judge, from opposing counsel or on a self-pay basis. Please provide our clinic with a copy of your court order(s) to ensure all testing is completed and results can be sent to all respective parties.
